Please contact us before applying to adopt. As we no longer run an active Montreal-based shelter, we only help out others who need to find homes for rescue animals. They may or may not wish to use our application.

Instructions for filling out the application

1. Save the application to your desktop.
2. If you have ADOBE ACROBAT, the FULL program, follow these instructions:
   1. Change the name from "application_eng.pdf" to "Your Name application.pdf"
   2. Open the application in Acrobat.
   3. The application is a form. You can click to type in any text field and check any boxes.
   4. Answer every question on pages 1 - 4. Then go to File -> Save to save your changes. You can save at any time while you are filling out the application. SOME PEOPLE HAVE INDICATED PROBLEMS WITH THIS STEP. Please test your system and tell us if you have a problem!
   5. Then, e-mail me at the address below, and attach your application in an e-mail.
3. If you do not have Acrobat, print the application and fill it in by hand.
4. Call us at the number below to get our fax number to fax it to us. This is preferred over mail, because we'll get a digital copy.
